Thanks for the info... What is serrapeptase? Can I get this at the local vitamin store? What about the priobotic lozenges? I don't know if I agree with you abt the bb being caused by the foods i eat. I am an extremely healthy eater. I eat salads/soup/vegies etc. almost everyday. The only thing I drink is water/coffee/or green tea. I do not drink soda... never have... I do, however, eat a lot of meat. Almost all chicken though. I usually have chicken in my salad or soup everyday. If I don't eat the meat I won't get full. Is it possible that the chicken is causing my bb? I don't know...arghh.. I'm so frustrated.. .don't most people eat meat everyday???
