hi there!
i had a similar case of spot bleeding. a doctor required me to undergo an operation called laparotomy. the bleeding is caused by adenomyosis- it's endo in the uterus. so far five months after the operation , no spotting is detected. i had normal 5 day mense. ask your doctor about it
