Sorry if the answer is in the forum, but I havent come across it yet if so.
I just wondered if there had been any studies to show just what toxins are pulled out with oil pulling. Is it just bacteria and / or viruses or does it effect other toxic build up in the body like heavy metals and chemicals? Are there any studies?

I made this post below in relation to washing the mouth out after pulling or not I and am wondering how the oil effects mercury fillings, or if it does at all?
