I am AB+ but i agree with E.G., after viewing my bood type diet, i too was discouraged because i love alot of the foods i should avoid. I have also had a great metabolism until the last 2 years. And Just like E.G, gained 15-20 lbs over the past 2 years! I am also very short.. 5'1 1/2 and in my early 30's.
