Are you nearsighted? It happens very frequently in near sighted people. I have them in one eye and maybe one speck in my better eye. I am taking lutein but I've done a lot of reading and there's not much you can do to get rid of them. Actually, some people can make them invisible with the will of their minds and just ignore them.
