Im not expert of course, but this is just a theory I have thought about based on some other bits and pieces Ive heard in relation to toxins and their reactions.

I have wondered if it is possible that whatever toxins are in the swished oil may somehow have changed chemicaly, and therefore not actually be exactly the same toxins that were in the body to begin with. If thats the case then they could be even more toxic to the body and maybe more stubborn to get out in the long run. Just a theory of course and Im not sure if i explained it very well either. However, personally I think its better to be safe and rinse the mouth out afterwards.
