The first thing you can do is buy some home halitox test.That will tell you if the bacteria in the mouth is causing the bad breath.Post nasal drip is not the source of bb its the food.its protein rich and the bacteria that cause bb feed on it in your mouth and throat.Two things that will start to get your confidence back.
1 serrapeptase 60 000iu twice a day on empty stomach
