Cow's milk is not really that great for humans, and this website has some incredible stuff. We need to watch the familiar and what we are conditioned to like/use/or ingest -- and really look at things! Guess that is why we are all here on CZ, right? Anyhow, our family just went cold turkey with cow's milk -- for many reasons and I just KNEW to do it-- even though I do plan to occasionally buy an organic gallon now and then. Anyhow, reading what you all wrote about this has confirmed my decision to oust the stuff-- so thanks for all the sharing about pus, etc.
