Slippery Elm is always useful, probably the most useful herb there is for the intestional tract; used as a gruel while fasting it is supreme!

The powdered formulas are $39.95 a pound except for women's formulas. It seems the herbs used for women's problems are always rare and can be extremely expensive. In capsule the retail for most 550ct bottles is $59.95.
