Try castor oil packs on your abdomen.  Read Dr. (MD) McGarey's book The Oil That Heals: A Physician's Successes With Castor Oil Treatments.  He uses it in his medical practice and explains that the medical world doesn't completely understand the lymph system.  (It is both a garbage dump and a source of nutrition.)  He believes that the castor oil packs get the lymph system moving.  I always feel great after a one hour session.
