My pulp cap fell out today. It would not fit back in so I threw it in the garbage. I've been taking 1000mg vitamin C every hour for whatever bacteria was growing up there. I gargle after every meal as food gets stuck up in the hole. I just got my health insurance from my new job. Wondering what I should do. I was thinking of growing wheatgrass to swish in my mouth till I can get the tooth pulled. Anyone have any advice and/experience? I also want new ideas to improve my gum health. I started using Periowash and Periobrite. Works better than Toms of Maine and some of the grayness in my gums have disappeared.
