It is cleaning me out. I NEVER poop more than once a day. And I am going 2-3 times now. This is recommended By Bernard Jenson too. Also, I have MUCH more energy. I just bought Natures Way brand. But I just found some by Nature's Sunshine with Kelp, Alfalfa and Dandelion. Perfect combo for me! And Nature's Sunshine is a good brand.
