Thank you everyone. Your words are extremely encouraging. I'm going to take all all of your suggestions about diet, memories/pictures, coffee enema/liver congestion (which I would like to know more about), etc. I'm so relieved about the diet thing. I'll repost more later but now I'm way to out of it to relaly think. I'm just happy I have this place to come to.
