I agree with optimum. If I could go back, I would never have started taking B/C either. My health started going downhill after I started taking them, and I gained 15 pounds within the first few months.

My opinion is that as you continue cleaning, your Endo symptoms will go away. Before I started cleansing a year ago, my periods would last anywhere from 5-15 days! And I would have horrible cravings and headaches a few days before. And terrible cramps. Now, my cycle comes and goes and I barely notice.
