You wouldn't happen to be about to start your cycle, would you? Ever since I stopped taking birth control, gave up caffeine and started cleansing, about a week before my cycle I often soak the sheets with sweat. I also often have lower back aches and sometimes leg pains. It is strictly a hormonal issue with me and then it passes. My other guess would be the continued detoxing process, but I just thought I'd throw out my night sweat experience.
