I'm a guy, now in my 70s, and tried topical application of urine on my scalp for a long time with zero benefits of any kind. I'm balding and had pre-cancer sores on my scalp.  I tried putting urine in my hair and then showering it out.  Even with a good shower and shampoo after having it in my hair for five or more minutes, I could still detect the aroma afterwards.  Because of the lack of results, I discontinued topical application.

However, I finally brought myself to ingesting my own fresh urine.  The scalp condition cleared up (over a period of months) and I received many other benefits as well.  I've been drinking my urine now for over two years and will continue - till I'm gone.  While ingesting it cleared up my scalp condition, it did not stop the hair loss.  I would encourage anyone to ingest their own urine - the benefits are unbelievable!

Will this urine method work externally if you wash/rinse your hair in it? My hair has been thinning every since menopause and though I am not vain, it has affected my self-esteem quite a bit. All other efforts has been in vain. I dont want totake a perscribed drug because it would be lifelong and I dont like that at all. I wnet through menoapuse in my early forties and I am now in my early fifties.
