I hope you don't mind me adding something. My Chinese friends always say that symptoms on the right side of the head mean there is something wrong with the liver. Maybe the parasites are blocking your liver, and then when you eat your liver tries to do what it's supposed to do and since it is congested everything moves up and your eye swells. I can think of one thing that might help you immediately if you don't mind trying it. Coffee enemas help the liver decongest and I think it also chases parasites out. It helps whatever comes out of your liver to exit the body, too. I was very thin like you at one point, and I couldn't eat anything either. Taking care of my liver was the first big step I took that got me out of the pit. I had tried liver flushes and they just made me sicker and I think because the blockage in my liver wasn't just gall stones, but parasites too. I'm not saying that you shouldn't use the humanworm herbs, just mentioning that there might be something else you can do in the meantime.
