Well, the whole body is connected so anyhting can be connected. Sounds very much like a parasite to me. I would get on a diet without Sugar or refined carbs immediately. Get on a parasite clease, like Hulda or Humawormm. Bowel Cleanse with psyllium and benotnite with antifungal like liquid caprylic acid. I would also begin taking a multi, vit c, and magnesium calcium.

The reason for your heel pain could very well be a lack of certain minerals like magneisum as parasites and candida will drain you of these pretty quick
