It isn't difficult. I pull while checking e-mails, feeding the dog, & preparing my lunch for work in the morning. I use Coconut Oil. On the first day, I blew candida threads out my nose. After 1 week, my tongue is no longer "white".

Some people start pulling for 5 minutes and work their way up to 20 or more. People are using all types of oils (olive, sesame, pumpkin, coconut, hemp, sunflower, soy, almond, avocado, macademia, etc.).
