Well a beeswax allergy might not explain the cracks extending from the corners of your mouth. It's worth having a doctor check that out if it doesn't clear up after you stop with the Burt's Bees stuff. As I said, angular cheilitis isn't necessarily caused by a vitamin/iron deficiency, it could be a virus/bacteria/fungus.
