A B&P shake is Psylium and Bentonice clay mixed together often with an anti fungal like suppliment like Capylic Acid. You would mix all of the ingredients togehter in a bottle or jar with a lid on it and then guzzle it down. They don't taste very good and but they seem to help alot with getting the bowels moving along.
