If you want to know everything about food especially raw food read the book Aggressive Health. It will change your life. If you eat raw food the brain can immediately identify the molecular structure of the food and digestion is 3 times as quick.

You would have to be crazy to believe anything the FDA says given their reputation for allowing Aspartame (Brain Scambler) and Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) onto the market. They are a joke.
