Congratulations on your great discovery! 3 years ago, I got fed up with my life, dumped all of my worldly belongings and moved 2,000 miles. I slept on the floor until I saved enough to buy a bed (4 months). It was the best time of my life, best sleep, best back health. I sleep on a platform bed (lots of guys I dated thought I was squatting in my own apartment ha!) and I love it! I prefer a futon mattress on the floor, but some are a little disagreeable about it.
