Hi Monkeylip,

I keep on hand some Probiotics of the Brand : "NOW"--8 Billion Acidophilus & Bifidus--!

I do not take it, except when I may have over-indulged in something I may should have not eaten or when I take my wife out to eat, for most of the food you get out to eat is not very good Quality, but my wife likes to go out to eat sometimes !

And I keep it on hand for my grandchildren, for when they do not eat the way they should, and then they get Sick !

There are other Good Brands, but some of them are too expensive, but there are some Better than the one I keep on hand, which contain a lot more Probiotics than 8 Billion count and have more Different Probiotics in them !

But it may be important to get one which supplies the Bifidus Bacterium in it along with the Acidophilus !
