He's a diabetic and he never said yeh or nay about the effects of not ejaculating.  He sometimes would ejaculate and sometimes, when he was in the mood, he wouldn't.  It takes great mental stamina to control your physical body that much during that time.  As for the divorce, you can't live in bed all the time, no matter how great the sex .
