Their is a probiotic called Bio-K CL1285. It contains 50 billion acidophilus and L. Casei Bacteria cultures in one 3.5 ounce container. Their is confliting opinion on what strains to use. Some say that using a lot of different strains at once actually cancel each other out, like combining the acidophilus and bifidus.

I have tried a lot of probiotics and all them were a huge waste of money. Except for this. My Mom and I have been taking this for 3 months and have had some good results. I took the 3.5 ounces for about 2 months then went to a half container and now at one tablespoon every day. Then once in ten days we take a whole one again. I know my system was so depleted.
