Coconut oil in U.K... invincible? by beginings ..... Ask Moreless: pH Balance

ok so im back from uni for xmas hols now and i have to be honest i have been slack! i am considering using coconut oil as my main cooking oil a long with its toher uses. My only problem is that theres so many on the market? what am i looking for... if it doesnt say unrefined, virgin, organic,cold pressed (same as '' low level heat processing?) etc then its no good? Invicible i thought you may know of a good brand that sells high quality cocunut oil as u also live in england. i received a newsletter from Energise for life and they sell the organic virgil oil, the one in a white tub with cartoon style red font on the front (trying to explain it but i guess u could have a look at it at
