Ernie54...check out the book Acne No More at acnenomore.com. It is fabulous and has helped my Acne immensely. It is completely holistic and deals with cleansing the body from the inside out in order to cure acne. It's basically a 2 month day-by-day detox guide that will help you to cleanse all your organs and rebuild them so your can heal your body. I think doing that detox along with oil pulling would be fantastic for your skin...hope this helps.
