Yes, essential oils are lovely.

In general, I prefer "food" smells (fruit, herbs and spices) to "flowery" smells, anyway. My favorite scents include rosemary, citrus, cinnamon, and ginger. I would be happy to walk around town smelling faintly of any of those!
