Hi Everyone!

The other night I sent a friend some post links on OP because I thought it would help before they had oral surgery in a couple of weeks. I mentioned in my email that I was going to start back up again, because I noticed that my teeth were whiter and overall I felt better.

This morning I received an email from my friend who shared their OP experience (they know that I’m posting this on the forum.) :)

Well,
I did my first organic cold pressed Sunflower oil pulling.

I was only able to do it about 5-6 minutes when it suddenly got very clumpy and I had to spit it out. Very, very white and looked like day old clumped Crisco oil. I immediately rinsed and then brushed my teeth and almost immediately started coughing up phlegm (pleasant thought, sorry) for a few minutes. Yuck!

The one tooth which needs to be pulled really began to ache, or should I say throb..interestingly enough, so did the tissue below my jaw joint on the right side. It has been feeling a bit swollen again but no pain there.

I Can even still feel a "pulling" going down to the pit of my stomach! (It will probably take days to see if my under eye swelling goes down.)

So my first experience is that, "something" happened.

Gotta go, (I will do oil pulling later this afternoon, though the thought is a little intimidating). Whew, right now I need to lie down.

Hmm, did the oil pulling dramatically pull out a lot of stuff already? (I know I am toxic but really! whew)

After the oil pulling I was so exhausted but only like I really needed to sleep. I haven't slept soundly for weeks and when I woke up I don't feel refreshed. When I woke up I felt great, like I had a refreshing sleep. Go figure.
