I can tell you a quick story about someone I know who used Fabreze on an area rug.

She sprayed Fabreeze on this rug and then took it outside and hung it on a railing. The wind picked up and somehow a smoldering cigarette's smoke drifted onto this rug and all of the sudden, the whole thing went up in flames!!!!!

That told me a lot about Fabreeze that day!
