Hmm, I thought you liked MH - looks like you changed your mind.

Anyway, MH admits that he isn't perfect and doesn't always follow his own methods. He tries to eat right most of the time but sometimes it's difficult or impossible, fortunately he knows the herbs to help him out. And while his kids eat healthy much of the time, they are also human and instead of preventing them from ever eating junk food, they do have some from time to time, including a traditional birthday cake.

I don't see that as being contradictory. MH and his family live in the real world.

Anyway, that is a good tip about buying Dr. Christopher's book, since MH was educated in the Christopher method, and MH does encourage educating yourself and making your own herbs.

To each his own.
