Well I did see my plaque come out after a one week fast using psyllium powder from VE Irons. And then of course we did daily colonics which is expensive also. I assume I could NOT have done it without the colonics. And when she worked on me she used a sander/vibrator machine to jar it all loose. I think it was actually a flat sander. So without the heavy duty help I don;t know how it would have come out. It was very rubbery. Very thick. Like a long tube sox. Must have been about 12-15 inches long. The lady I went to had a special colonics table and you could see everything. I just do not know how the plaque turns into that thick sox thing but I would guess the psyllium helps.

Now I do not know what shape I am in. That was 6 years ago.

But psyllium in general blows me up also.
