Thomas.....I looked at your introduction and sample videos. They were very good. I'm thinking that I need a spinal realignment. I like what you say about self-help. Could an individual realign his/her own spine? By the way, my yoga-lift for a headstand doesn't put any pressure at all on the neck bones. The shoulders absorb all the weight......WY
