Northcoast Man, I know baking soda does help detoxify some--

So does Vitamin C powder I'd imagine-- since it detoxifies stuff like that in the body.?

What i'd do til you can eventually ALSO get a filter for your bathtub water faucet-- or sink, is get one of those giant Spaghetti pots people boil corn on the cob in. Fill up with filtered water from your stand up shower. Boil over the stove and dump in the tub. Add some bottles of Cheap spring water you can find in the grocery store to increase the amount of water in the tub-- or to cool it down some.

If you have patience, you can boil two giant pots of filtered water on the stovetop, and have more to dump into your bathtub. Don't forget to only fill the pots up with water from you stand-up shower after you install the shower filter.



If I were you, I'd get a Sears Kenmore Water distiller on the side (cost from $99.- to $123 (depending on their store sales) And distill some for boiling for footbaths with Epsom Salts . These Epsom Salt footbaths are also therapeutic for the body. Finish off with ice water to rev up the circulation and lymph flow.
