You are absolutely right of course. My point was that it is now so much easier to drink the water which actually tastes good and my body craves. No matter how good something might be for you, if it tastes bad its hard to make yourself use it. No matter what your choice of water may be, if it satisfies the body and just Feels" right, then it will be much easier to continue using it. Now days, Coke tastes more like medicine to me.
Some people call distilled dead lifeless water, and while I understand the line of thinking, my home distilled water tastes wonderful and certainly makes me feel more alive.
Please don't think for a minute that I am advocating drinking cabonated drinks on a regular basis. I don't even believe in drinking nothing but fruit juice. I believe water is essential to our health, and nothing but fresh pure water can work.
