it sounds to me like you were over mieralized from drinking unhealthy water not meant for consumption and that you needed the distilled to pull some of that out.

i do believe that distilled is good for cleansing and in certain situations its the right move.

but fresh spring water is still the best all around water in my book for many reasons.

i am glad you found something that works for you tho.
