No, I'm an Udo junkie:) Ph is a very complicated issue and I'm definitely not the one to ask.

I would GUESS that you would be on the acid side, having consumed what you did...howEVER you might be completely alkaline due to having had a really good time!

I have an extremely reliable ph indicator...hardware in my ankle.
