no, distilled water is about 5.5. the thing is, it takes practically NOTHING to change it. i just put a few drops of h2o2 in a bottle of water and that brought it up from 5.5 to 6.0. i now have it sitting on a small negative magnet. it is 11:11 here. i will check it a little later.

water is the most changeable substance on earth. it can be anything you want it to be.
