I agree, it's sick.

Perhaps, it stems from the fact that men genuinely hate hurting women they care about - is it enough to compel us to "keep it in our pants"? Sometimes yes.

However, men are generally pretty simple creatures - if you think we might be cheating, we probably are. No need for extensive analysis.
