I find myself getting confused with technical explanations...and even when people suggest I follow their diet.

With it, I can follow my instincts toward some kind of 'balance' that is very, very satisfying.

Plus, I like gardening on unpolluted land that has lain fallow. (Thank you, Trapper, for saying that once more.)

And thank you, Grzbear, for pointing us toward our oily food consumption for lecithin production in the body.

(Someone should tell Wikipedia and those other sites!)
