Moritz says wait 4 hours after the OO (Olive-Oil) drink. You need to be laying still then anyways, especially for the first crucial 30 minutes.

Otherwise, except for 20 minutes before and after the ES and 4 hours after the OO, it's helpful to drink lots of water!

It also helps to drink extra water in the three days and the day of the flush itself. The toxins will be more diluted and won't burn so much coming out or cause as many skin problems later, when the new stones move into place for the next flush.
