Hey PC!

Well thank you, thank you! for that info. I was planning on doing a flush today but then I remembered a few days back that I needed to get some malic acid in me incase I have some stoneage in there. So these past two days I have been drinking apple juice and taking malic acid tablets as I plan on doing one on Tuesday or Wednesday of next week.

I really like Organic Apple Juice and don't worry about calories too much because I workout just about everyday and do cardio at least 4 times a week. I have also been adding two capfuls of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar to my apple juice to get more malic acid. Adding AC Vinegar to the juice also gives a tangy, kind of a punch! flavor to it. Love, love, love it!!!
