Phosphorylated serine is actually reccommended in my lab results! I will seriously look into that. I did'nt know it was an OTC med., thanks for that. I have an appt. to see an ND next month and meanwhile I will try and get my hands on the Poesnecker book as well. I had a pretty decent night's sleep last night (after many days) and it made a huge difference to my energy levels today.
