i ate a lot of oranges one day and out came a tube of hard, dark, stinky matter that looked just like the plaque I'd flushed out a few months prior with a colon cleanse. maybe the cleanse had loosened it up, or maybe all the fiber in the oranges pushed it out. anyway, i have.
