Example of fasting an 43yo guy from book by Hellmut Lutzner:

1st fast lost 11kg - 15days
2nd fast lost 8.5kg - 18 days
3rd fast lost 6.8kg - 11 days
4th fast lost 6.2kg - 11 days

He was 166cm tall 91kg - 4 fasts - 70kg.

1 lbs = 0.54 kg
1'=12"=30.25 cm
1"=2.54 cm
165cm=5'5"

Excesise is advisable when fasting in moderation.
