Hey Hanna!

I was hoping you would answer. I JUST couldnt remember. Last several flushes I didnt really do anything to prepare with the malic acid tablets or juice. Just went right into it Flushes were good but nothing like the first one back in the summer when I did prepare but I wanted to have a time validation.

Okay, drinking apple juice and taking tablets now so I could do a flush next week.
