Okay - here's the scoop! <---- no pun intended when reading this.

I plan on doing a flush here soon and made the ES capsules as I don't like drinking the "ES cocktail" with water or juice. The last time I made them I had 76 ES capsules which meant I took 19 for each session. THIS TIME... I only made 42 capsules! The reason being is when I was scooping the E salts in the capsules this time, I would fill both sides of the capsule, the large part and the small part. Last time I was ONLY filling the larger part, hence, more caps. And I am still using 00 size so didnt have to increase in size... of the caps.

So you see....size REALLY doesn't matter!!!... (hearty chuckling!!!)

Seriously though, now I can only take 10.5 for each session rather than 19. PHEEEWWW! That is better.
