all fillings are called composites. if you are talking about the white ones, nothing is non-toxic, but if you get biocompatible ones, they are better than anything else you can put in, except ZO fillings (but they have to be replaced every 6 months to a year). you lost 7 years and that is bad, but i was very ill for 33.
