Do not take a pills but you can put them in a glass and pour a hot water, let it cool down, take off the liquid and you can drink it. It is not OK to eat any protein or oil. I am only not sure if it will work with waterdiet because I do not know what kind of pillls you are talking about. My advise is to take eat papaya salad for a few days then take laxative and then start the diet. Papaia has an enzime papaian that will cleanse you colon walls.
